I know what it
feels like to feel
nothing.
I left a relationship completely numb. Not sad, not angry — just gone. I lived in fight or flight for years trying to fix something that was never broken. Because nobody had ever told me the truth about how desire actually works.
When I finally got that education — responsive desire, the nervous system, how emotional safety IS foreplay — everything shifted. Not because I fixed anything. Because I finally understood something for the first time.
So I trained as a Somatic Sex and Relationship Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and completed Gottman relationship training.
Not to build a career but to become the person I needed when I was in the fog.

I've walked through the numbness & came out the other side. That's why I can sit with you in it — without getting scared, with understanding & patience.
